PREMIUM OCEAN condos are approximately 10 feet from the sand,
OCEANFRONT condos are approximately 30 feet back without the panoramic
view, OCEAN VIEW condos are approximately 150 feet back, situated
on a grassy courtyard, and the GARDENVIEW condos are approximately
250 feet back and face the lush mountains behind us.
