At the time a reservation is made for an activity,
20% of the total activity fee will be charged. This amount may be
paid by check or credit card. If a credit card is used to hold the
reservation, 3% of the amount charged will be added for credit card
charges.
A credit card number, to be placed on file, is required by the activity
company. Client cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled activity
(in rare cases 48 hours) will be subject to a forfeiture of the
cost of the activity. Full refunds will be given for any activity
cancelled by the vendor due to weather problems or mechanical difficulties.
Terms for refunds will be subject to discussions between the vendor
and the client.
