Moloa’a Bay was the beach chosen for the filming of “Gilligan’s
Island”. It is located at the end of a secluded road that
ends where a river empties into the sea. Few tourists ever hear
of this beautiful crescent shaped beach. It is surrounded by lush
tropical green and offers seclusion and spectacular beauty. Anahola
is stunningly beautiful with magnificent mountain views and secluded
beaches.
Hale O Ka Lani
- (The House of Heaven)This picturesque Hawaiian-style home is just
steps away from
a beautiful
sandy beach where the Pacific Ocean and the Anahola River meet.Floor
to ceiling windows command breathtaking views of the breaking surf
and the lush green mountains. This four bedroom , two bathroom vacation
home is a heavenly retreat for a romantic getaway, or for the whole

- Surrounded by expansive ocean and jungle views, the cottage is furnished
island style. Vintage fabrics, lots of color, and an emphasis on comfort
create a romantic retreat. Enjoy relaxing on the oceanfront wrap around
lanai. The living/dining room faces the ocean. Every amenity is provided.
Two bedrooms with two and a half baths provide comfort for four.

House Of Dreams - Hale
Moe ‘Uhane This two bedroom, one bath home sits high
on poles and provides unobstructed views of the pristine bay and the
majestic mountains from the spacious, wrap-around lanai. On the one
year anniversary of this home the owners celebrated with a traditional
Hawaiian House blessing, performed by an ordained minister of Hawaiian
descent, with the hope that the spirit of Aloha would embrace all
those who visit. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love the kitchen,
which is equipped to enable any gourmet to express their talent.

Hale O Lazy Bay
- This charming two bedroom two bath beach home, is ideal for a couple,
family, or group, and is located just steps away from sparkling Moloa'a
Bay. Sleeps up to 10 (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 twins, 1 full futon couch
bed). Ceiling Fans Throughout,Washer/Dryer, Dish TV, VCR, CD Player,
Gas BBQ

fee. $15/night extra for each additional guest.

Moloaa Beach House
- This beautiful beachfront Hawaiian vacation rental home offers
understated elegance and incredible ocean views from most every
room. It’s perfectly located on one of Kauai's most beautiful
beaches. Honeymoon couples, adults traveling together, and families
will appreciate the well thought out floor plan providing two units
with separate entrances. Marble Baths with whirlpool Jacuzzi. Accommodates
one, two, or up to seven people comfortably.
Rate*: Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and do
not include taxes and cleaning fee:

Moloa'a Bay Beach House

Hawaiian monk seals, whales and dolphins are frequently sighted from

Rate*: $1,385.00-1,585.00 per week and (or) $235.00-255.00/night with a 5 night minimum stay.

The cottages are situated well apart from one another to provide
privacy. Each cottage, with its own special ambiance, is a perfect
retreat
for honeymooners and those seeking a tranquil respite. Each cottage
features large lanais, private outdoor ocean-view Jacuzzi, designer
furnishings and accessories, gourmet kitchens, fine linens and dinnerware,
granite and marble kitchen and bath, custom hardwood floors and
cabinetry,
queen bed with fine European bed and bath linens, washer/dryer, outdoor
gas grill, outdoor showers, water purification system, four private
paths to Secret Beach, and coded gate entry. Massage therapist and

The Villa :
$1850 per night, plus tax and $600 one-time housekeeping fee and $3500 security deposit. 50% deposit upon reservation. Full Payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival for Holiday bookings. Holiday rates are $1950 per night December 21 through January 3, 1 week minimum stay
Hale Lani and Hale Nanea cottages:
$650 per night, plus tax and $300 one-time housekeeping fee and $1500 security deposit. December 21 through January 3 rates are $725 per night.
The Pavilions Estate
- a stunning property with spectacular ocean views to Bali Hai and
the sunset. Complete luxury with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court
and guest cottage. This stunning estate offers eight acres with unobstructed
ocean and mountain views, designer artwork and accessories including
antiques and original art, mahogany trim through out, 28ft. Ceilings
and Casablanca fans, floor to ceiling teak sliding doors, 3 king and
1 queen ocean-view master suites, fine Italian linens, 3 indoor jetted
tubs, granite countertops and marble baths, and Viking and Bosch appliances.
Rate*: $4000/nt. With bungalow, $10,000 security deposit, $1000 cleaning
fee.
