Moae Place - This lovely Hawaiian plantation style home is surrounded by tropical flowers and plants, and features open beam ceilings and a wrap-around covered lanai. The garden view from the lanai, plus distant mountain views make it a soothing, relaxing place to visit. Wake up to the sun rising on the lanai, and enjoy the setting sun through the bedroom windows. This two bedroom detached home affords beautiful views and catches the cool tradewind breezes on warm Hawaiian afternoons. Hale Mala Pua - This 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom home is located on Kauai’s North Shore in beautiful Princeville, on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from beaches, golfing, restaurants, & shopping. Tropical landscaping sets the tone for this home furnished in Island style with a combination of Teak, Bamboo, and Rattan.

The very private upstairs master suite has a King size bed with distant ocean & Bali Hai views. A second master suite has a Queen size bed, Travertine tile bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and looks out onto the backyard garden.

The third bedroom has twin beds and a view of the front tropical landscape.

Hale Emmalani is a custom designed single story 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Princeville home. It is ideally located on a corner lot surrounded by mature coconut, banana, avocado, orange and lychee trees along with a beautiful lava rock wall. Hale Emmalani is a one-of-a-kind home that sleeps 6 to 10 guests. This home is about 1800sq ft. featuring a very open floor plan with rare Hawaiian Koa wood trim. There are new Brazilian cherry wood floors throughout. The teak dining table seats 6 to 8 and the bar seats 5. The kitchen has been upgraded with new black granite counters, a corian bar, Italian tile floor and all new Jennair appliances. All three bathrooms are newly renovated with new tile and a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The new guest house/pool cabana has a large outdoor shower overlooking a gorgeous 10x50 lap pool with custom rock patio. Five skylights and large custom windows make this home light, bright and airy. The backyard with lap pool has Bali Hai mountain views. There is a gas grill on the patio. Chances are great that Queen Emma actually walked across this very spot. Stroll around the neighborhood and marvel at albatross that inhabit the cul-de-sac every winter to await the birth of their offspring. The albatross are endangered so guests are asked to observe from a distance, leaving the birds in their natural habitat. A mile away is the famous Princeville Resort with its fantastic restaurants and world class golf.
