Hale Ohana - This Princeville Vacation Home has space for relaxing, gathering together with family and friends, and enough room for children and adults to each have separate spaces. Hale Ohana sleeps six to ten guests.Two large living areas, one upstairs, with a large great room consisting of a dining space to accommodate eight, large scenic kitchen, comfortable seating around a huge TV. The large upstairs lanai has distant ocean views, Bali Hai sunsets, mountain, waterfall and rainbow views. Downstairs, enter another comfortable living area with a TV and views onto a tropical atrium. Down here, find three large bedrooms with tropical views and a TV and high speed internet in each room. The master bedroom has a romantic dual head shower. Step out onto another lanai and take the garden path to the large Jacuzzi. Walk to queens bath .There are porta cribs and lots of baby gear including a stroller and beach toys. Hale Emmalani is a custom designed single story 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Princeville home. It is ideally located on a corner lot surrounded by mature coconut, banana, avocado, orange and lychee trees along with a beautiful lava rock wall. Hale Emmalani is a one-of-a-kind home that sleeps 6 to 10 guests. This home is about 1800sq ft. featuring a very open floor plan with rare Hawaiian Koa wood trim. There are new Brazilian cherry wood floors throughout. The teak dining table seats 6 to 8 and the bar seats 5. The kitchen has been upgraded with new black granite counters, a corian bar, Italian tile floor and all new Jennair appliances. All three bathrooms are newly renovated with new tile and a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The new guest house/pool cabana has a large outdoor shower overlooking a gorgeous 10x50 lap pool with custom rock patio. Five skylights and large custom windows make this home light, bright and airy. The backyard with lap pool has Bali Hai mountain views. There is a gas grill on the patio. The house is fully stocked with kitchenware, full linens, hair dryers, iron a nd ironing board, vacuum, beach towels, 3 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 2 bicycles, paddle ball set, basketball, volleyball, yoga mat , 2 kick boards, pool ball and small sand toys. There is also an eclectic dvd, book and game collection for your vacation ple asure. The washer/dryer is front loading and full-size. If it is a working vacation you’ll find an HP All-in One printer/fax/copier/scanner at the small desk with a view of the pool. There is wireless, high speed internet access. There is a Toshiba TV/DVD/CD in the living room and another TV in the master bedroom. There is also a portable MP3/Ipod docking station stereo and portable CD player. Hale Emmalani is within walking distance to a beautiful park with basketball court and volleyball net. You could even walk to the Princeville Center shops and restaurants and playground. It is an easy drive to many of the beautiful North Shore beaches including Hanalei Bay beach and Anini beach. Laulea Hale - Perfect vacation home for 2 families! Hale Laulea, the House of Peace and Happiness is the ultimate in Hawaiian comfort and luxury. This spectacular home, impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Princeville’s most prestigious neighborhoods. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. There are 2 master suites each with California King beds, and en-suite bathrooms. Nai'a Hale - Situated along and facing the golf course and less than one half mile walk from the Sealodge beach trail, the Dolphin Home tropical and Polynesian throughout. As you drive into the home you’ll find a spacious two car garage and an inviting 2 story entry that opens into a large and prestigious foyer. The Dolphin Villa gets its name from the oversized brass dolphin sculptures throughout the villa.
Straight ahead is a well-lit massive great room with comfortable couches and a large television centered in a beautiful entertainment center. Adjacent is a luxurious large hand-carved wood inlayed dining table for dining or games. And just out the back door is a large lanai with a private over-sized hot tub that bubbles and boils just inviting you to site and enjoy the tropical setting and overlook the 7th hole of one of Princeville’s prestigious golf courses.
In addition, on this first floor there are four bedrooms. On each side of the great room there are separate 2 bedroom “lock off” apartments for the ultimate in multi-family privacy. Each “lock off” 2 bedroom apartment has a private bath and a large “master” bedroom with either one Cal-King Bed and a Twin or Two Queen beds. The other bedroom in each apartment has 1 queen bed. Every bedroom is well decorated and well lit with wonderful views. The villa laundry center is also on the main floor back toward the garage entrance and features top of the line laundry equipment including a dryer which can dry your clothes while hanging.
As you ascend up the spiral staircase past the dolphin sculpture you will come to the main living area. Here another enormous living room with amazing views is dominated by the media center which includes Dolby Digital surround sound and a whopping 60” plasma television. It is as if you can climb right into the picture.
To the right of the great room on the main floor is the dining room and a spacious kitchen. Solid cherry cabinetry, granite counters, and new state-of-the-art stainless appliances adorn this fabulous kitchen. It is a gourmet’s dream come true. Gourmets will find nothing lacking, and the villa is, of course, stocked with all the crystal and utensils needed to cook up and serve any cuisine.
The large dining area is perfect for entertaining friends and family, and the dining room table is a work of art unto itself. This amazing bronze turtle sculpture table is breathtakingly stunning. The glass top allows everyone to enjoy and appreciate this gorgeous centerpiece. There are two lovely private lanai’s on this main living area – one overlooking the golf course with distant ocean views and the other with gorgeous views of the mountains and waterfalls surrounding Hanalei Bay.
The master suite – also on this main floor – is an entire Polynesian world unto itself featuring a top quality Tommy Bahama tropical bedroom set. It is equipped with a TV inside a gorgeous armoire. The luxurious Hawaiian master bath suite is huge and boasts a gigantic walk-in dual-headed shower surrounded by glass block, a jetted tub overlooking Hanalei mountain views, and a huge walk in closet. The master suite has golf course views and distant ocean views on one side, and mountain/waterfall views on the other. The Dolphin Home is an amazing Hawaiian living experience.

Ku Kila Kila - There are very few executive homes like this for rent on the entire island. Large, and inviting, and begging for you to relax. It even has a private swimming pool and hot tub.
This home is named Ku Kilakila which means “Stands Majestically” in the native Hawaiian language .... and for good reason: when people enter the Ku Kilakila Villa, the most common first word people say is “Wow!” The first thing you see is a majestic sunken great room overlooking the private pool/hot tub and the beautiful green for hole #2 at one of Princeville’s finest golf courses with a distant ocean view beyond. The entire back of the house is glass so you can enjoy the beauty that is Kauai. The great room is surrounded by massive white columns towering to the 14 foot ceiling which boasts a twelve foot skylight and Polynesian style construction. This gigantic great-room is chock full of oversized comfortable furniture great for reading or talking with friends. Or you can all watch television on the giant 60” High Definition plasma TV complete with full Dolby Digital Surround. The flooring throughout the home is beautiful Brazilian Cherry hard wood and Travertine tile.
To the left of the marvelous great-room is a massive kitchen equipped to impress even Wolfgang Puck. Oversized stainless appliances and built-in extras like gourmet coffee makers, plate warmers and dual drawer dishwashers adorn this perfectly designed and well-decorated gourmet kitchen. It even has a temperature controlled wine cellar built in to one of the solid cherry cabinets. Stocked with top quality crystal and utensils, this dream kitchen flaunts its high tech features, without giving up the traditional tropical feel of the home right down to the hands-free faucets and built-in plasma kitchen TV. The oversized island is the centerpiece with plenty of room for everyone. There is also a large dining room and beautiful glass table overlooking the green. In keeping with the style of Ku Kilakila, majestic white columns surround even the kitchen and dining areas. The lighting features in the Kitchen and throughout the home are stunning and beautiful. Also on the main level, the Master Suite is a dream come true. Amazingly decorated, this dream comes with an oversized Cal King bed and a 42” Plasma TV, and has a private access to the Lanai and the Pool and Hot Tub Area. Believe it or not, the private master bath suite even has a private lanai area of its own. This romantic master bath includes a built-in jetted tub which you can completely close to enjoy a steam shower, a wet or dry sauna and even a computer controlled all-over-body water massage while standing. This incredible remote controlled water feature even allows you to make phone calls, answer the phone, or listen to music – all hands free – while you relax and enjoy your choice of spa features. That is the kind of care and quality the owners have incorporated in the home.
The massive covered lanai has an oversized stainless grill and a hammock to relax. Just off the lanai is the private pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the amazing views of Bali Hai. There are two other bedrooms on the main floor each decorated beautifully with top quality furnishings and art. The laundry area on the main floor is next to the entry to the garage. The oversized 2.5 car garage has a tile floor believe it or not, and a bath room of its own.
The 2nd floor of the home has a very lovely 2nd master suite with its own private lanai with distant ocean views across the beautiful golf course. This upstairs private getaway suite is quaint and comfortable with its own private bathroom, and even a charming sitting area with a sofa and coffee table.
